Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Returns You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange it. Refunds Once we receive the item we will inspect it and refund you within 7 working days, using the payment method you originally used. Faulty or wrong items If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. Items we cannot accept back Perishable goods, personalised items, and anything sold as clearance.
